During the after-sales service period, if the product has quality issue under proper use following requirements of the Manual, please consult the after-sales service department of Unimed or fill out the form “Customer Service” on Unimed website. Unimed will provide free maintenance, repair or other service based on the actual case. If the product does not have quality issue or is out of the after-sales service period, Unimed keep the right of charging maintenance or repair service case by case, while some additional costs such as freight and inspection fee shall be borne by the customer.
